Our mission is to enhance employee health and wellbeing to ensure maximum productivity, empower employees to take responsibility for their own health, safety and general wellbeing. To reduce employer costs by providing what is required and relevant via good practice and legal law, to assist and maintain the general wellbeing of employees.

Lmrhealth provides bespoke services, tailored to the environment and needs of your business inclusive of the actual/potential risks and hazards to health from all employee tasks and activity undertaken as part of their normal role.

We have over 20 years’ experience in various environments for example but not limited to NHS, construction, chemical, food environments, manufacturing and office environments. We achieve this by supporting employers to maintain a healthy workforce and legal compliance.

Pre-employment health assessments

Undertaken via a paper screen and/or a medical to ensure fitness for role and to assess if any adjustments may be required; to ensure good practise, general health & safety and legal compliance.

Sickness absence case management

Undertaken face to face or by telephone to ensure good practise, support for the employee during ill health and legal compliance (if applicable).

Safety critical worker’s assessment

Performed on site or off site to ensure fitness for work and legal compliance.

Fit for work medical

Performed on site or off site to ensure fitness for work and legal compliance.

Health / Respiratory surveillance

Undertaken to ensure that the employees working environment is not advisedly affecting their general health and wellbeing if appropriate depending on the working environment.

Hearing / Skin surveillance

Undertaken to ensure that the employees working environment is not advisedly affecting their general health, safety and wellbeing if appropriate depending on the working environment.

Chemical and Biological testing

Undertaken on or off site to assist with monitoring of employee exposures whilst undertaking role.

Health promotion assessments/training

We provide bespoke training /health assessments that may be required within your working environment.

Drug and Alcohol Testing

We provide on-site testing for pre placement, random testing and for cause.

Face fit testing

Undertaken on site or offsite to ensure legal compliance and correctly fitting masks if appropriate depending on employee exposures within role.

Workplace first aid courses

We offer the full range of first aid courses for example first aid at work 3 day initial course and 2 day refresher course, emergency first aid at work course based in your place of work or off site. To suit your business needs to assist and maintain legal compliance in relation to workplace first aid. We have trainers with backgrounds in accident and emergency care and critical incident management and attendance.
